BPT-3B "Online" Request-for-Quotation Form

It provides a fast and accurate means of establishing the "MINIMUM SAFE DISTANCE" for location of presence sensing devices AS REQUIRED BY OSHA in CFR 29 Part 1910.217 subpart o, (c) (3) (iii) (e).

It provides a fast and accurate means of establishing the "MINIMUM SAFETY DISTANCE" of two-hand controls AS REQUIRED BY OSHA in CFR 29 Part 1910.217 subpart o, (c) (3) (vii) (c).

It provides the means necessary for complying with OSHA requirements for weekly inspection requirements
(ref. CFR29 Part 1910.217, subpart o, (e) (1) (i) & (ii).

It provides a means of detecting brake and clutch wear, allowing Maintenance personnel the opportunity of avoiding sudden failures in press performance.

BPT-3B Kit setup on press 1). CLUTCH TIME: display Registers clutch engage
time in thousandths of a second (.001).

2). STOPPING TIME: display Registers ram
stopping time in thousandths of a second (.001).

3). MINIMUM SAFE DISTANCE: display registers minimum
safe distance in tenths of an inch, (00.0).

4). FAULT LIGHT: display indicates excessive clutch start time
(1 second max.) and excessive brake stop time (1 second max.).

5). TEST BUTTON: Tests internal calibration, circuitry,
fault lights, and displays.

6). COMPACT STORAGE/CARRYING CASE: All components stored in one rugged Attaché Case for convenient handling and storage.

7). One year warranty on all parts and labor.
